Tasks

Your mission is …
  • Managing the new brand portfolio (Ron Diplomatico, Gin Mare, Woodford Reserve,…) in the
    Market to ensure reaching agreed KPI´s on a short and longterm basis and to maximize the
    business potential

  • Develop ing long and short term business strategies for the brands in alignment with Brown
    Forman

  • Develop ing brand plans under the supervision of the Brown Forman stakeholders based on
    solid consumer insights and market and competitor’s analysis.

  • Implement ing brand plans within agreed times and budgets, ensures high level of execution,
    as well as timely evaluation, reporting and invoicing of activities

  • Supporting the selection of advertising, promotional, PR and relationship marketing agencies
    and manages agencies

  • Driv ing the development, coordination, reporting and evaluation of brand related commercial
    and sales activities in line with the agreed strategies (Reportings and communications)

  • Driv ing growth short and long term by actively seeking opportunities for the brands in both off
    trade and on trade channel and develops business proposals based on consumer and market
    insight and analysis

  • Collaborat ing closely with Sales and Logistics (within Brown Forman and within Liquid Spirits)
    to ensure timely and accurate order ma nagement and avoiding OOS situations

  • Being responsible for providing a Sales Plan to Brown Forman in the beginning of each fiscal,
    developed together with Sales and providing transparency to monthly and yearly sales targets
    per channel, promotional slots and Sales force focus

Requirements & Profile

Your Skills Are …
  • Min. 3 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably in spirits or image driven premium
    products and strong business acumen

  • Interest in spirits (Gin, Rum, Whiskey, Liquor) and passion for brands

  • University degree in Business, or Marketing

  • Fluent English and local market language

  • Strong analytical, strategic and operational capabilities, proven commercial acumen

  • Highly developed skills in managing both broad long term subjects and daily issues

  • Project management experience, proven track of delivering results on time with multiple
    stakeholders

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships, to influence and to motivate Local Market organization

  • Collaborative mindset, willingness to share and learn from peers inside and outside of the company

  • IT literate/MS Office applications

  • For this position we offer € 3,000 gross per month on a full time basis. The actual salary is based on your qualifications and experience and will be agreed individually with you
